Faithenly operates on a made-to-order model. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Clear photo of the issue
If confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no cost.
Sizing
Each product includes a size guide. As items are made to order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges based on sizing.
Please review carefully before ordering.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
The item is confirmed defective or incorrect
A replacement cannot be fulfilled
All refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Order Changes
Orders move into production quickly.
If you need to make a change or cancel, contact us immediately. Changes are not guaranteed once production begins.
